Blueberry and thyme sour

About This Project

60 ml (2 oz.) Cherry River Dry Gin
22.5 ml (¾ oz.) lemon juice (approx. juice of half a lemon)
22.5 ml (¾ oz.) blueberry syrup
Egg white or emulsifier
2-3 drops of Cherry River Lemon Bitter
Ice cubes
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
A few blueberries

Place the first 5 ingredients and a sprig of thyme in a shaker filled with ice cubes
Close the shaker and shake vigorously
Double strain and pour into a wine glass
Garnish with a few blueberries and a sprig of thyme
