Ingredients
60 ml (2 oz.) Cherry River Dry Gin
22.5 ml (¾ oz.) lemon juice (approx. the juice of half a lemon)
22.5 ml (¾ oz.) simple syrup
7-8 mint leaves
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a shaker
Close the shaker and shake vigorously
Double strain in a cup
Garnish with a mint leaf
