There are many variations of this cocktail, but this one made with tequila is particularly delicious. The slightly spicy kick from the ginger beer pairs wonderfully with the sophisticated herbal flavors of Cherry River Tequila.
1 1/2 oz of Tequila Silver
1/4 oz of fresh lime juice
* Optional: 2 dashes of Bitters – Lemon
4 oz of ginger beer
Ice cubes
Lime wedge

In a mug filled with ice, pour the tequila, lime juice, and bitters.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
