2 ripe strawberries
2 oz of Tequila Silver
¾ oz of Syrup – Orgeat
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
1 thin slice of lime and black pepper (for garnish)

Mash the strawberries in a shaker with a pestle until you get a puree.
Add the tequila, orgeat syrup and fresh lime juice.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Double strain the cocktail into a glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with a lime slice and a little black pepper.
