1 oz of Red Vermouth (Quebec)
1 oz of Aperitivo (Amermelade/Aperol)
¼ oz of Syrup – Orange & Vanilla
3-4 drops of Bitters – Orange
Blood orange sparkling water
Prosecco

Place all ingredients in the ice-filled glass except the Prosecco and sparkling water.
Top up the cocktail with equal parts Prosecco and sparkling water.
Stir for 10 to 20 seconds.
