Cherry Champagne

About This Project

100 ml (3 ½ oz.) chilled brut Champagne
30 ml (1 oz.) Cherry River Wild Cherry Vodka or Original Premium Vodka
½ lemon
½ lime
1 piece of ginger root about 1 cm long
3 ice cubes

Finely grate the ginger and place it at the bottom of a glass
Wash and dry the lemon and lime, cut them in half
Cut a slice of both lemon and lime, set aside for garnish
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime
Pour the citrus juice into the glass
Add the vodka and stir with a spoon
Gently pour the champagne and carefully add the ice cubes
Garnish the glass with lemon and lime slices
Serve chilled
