Must admit, this creation is not ours, but that of our friends Joannie and Béatrice at the friendly bistro l'Counter area in Repentigny on the north shore of Montreal. With the arrival of our new tequila, let's say our curiosity turns to cocktail menus that offer options with tequila. Le Madame Rubis charmed us and we are happy to share it with you!

Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Cherry River Tequila
- 1 oz of Monna & Girls creme de cassis
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
Preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously 10-15 seconds.
- Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with a nice slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
