Orford Sour

Ingredients:

• 1 egg white or emulsifier
• 2 oz Cherry River cherry vodka
• ¾ oz Cherry River simple syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 2 oz pinot noir red wine
• A few drops of cherry bitters

Instructions:

1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients except the wine.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into the chilled glass.
4. Slowly add the red wine using your bar spoon.
