1 oz of lime juice 
Top with 2 oz of sparkling water.

In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except for the sparkling water.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into an old fashioned glass (or tiki glass!) filled with ice. Then, top with sparkling water.
Garnish with mango cubes and mango peel.
