60 ml (2 oz) Cherry River Dry Gin Dry Gin
22.5 ml (¾ oz) lemon juice (about the juice of half a lemon) 
22.5 ml (¾ oz) blueberry syrup 
Egg white or emulsifier 
2-3 drops of Bitters – Lemon
Ice cubes 
2 sprigs of fresh thyme 
A few blueberries

Place the first 5 ingredients and a sprig of thyme in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Close the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain and pour into a wine glass
Garnish with a few blueberries and the second thyme sprig
