2 oz / 60 ml Tequila Silver
1 oz / 30 ml Lime juice
1 oz / 30 ml Simple Syrup – Cane Sugar
0.5 oz / 15 ml Red wine

In a shaker, add the tequila, lime juice and syrup.
Add ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
Gently float the wine on top of the cocktail so that it stays on the surface.
For a more Halloween look, use a disposable plastic syringe filled with red wine to garnish the cocktail.
