We have to admit, this creation isn’t ours, but rather the work of our friends Joannie and Béatrice at the charming bistro L’Espace Comptoir in Repentigny, on the north shore of Montreal. With the arrival of our new tequila, let’s just say our curiosity has led us to cocktail menus featuring tequila-based options. The Madame Rubis charmed us, and we’re happy to share it with you!
1 oz of Tequila Silver
1 oz of Monna & Filles Blackcurrant Liqueur
1/2 oz of lime juice
4 oz of grapefruit juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with a nice slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
