1 1/2 oz of Tequila Silver
1/2 oz of Simple Syrup – Cane Sugar
1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice
* Optional: 1 maraschino cherry for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, pour all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to properly foam the mixture.
Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
