1.5 oz of Floral Gin
1 oz of syrup Syrup – Lychee & Grapefruit
¼ oz lemon juice
3-5 drops of Bitters – Grapefruit
Sparkling grapefruit water

Except for the sparkling water, put all the ingredients in the glass.
Fill the glass with ice and top with a few ounces of sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary.
