2 oz / 60 ml Dry Gin
1 oz / 30 ml Syrup – Lychee & Grapefruit
1 oz / 30 ml Lime juice
10-12 Crushed blueberries
0.25 oz Grenadine

Add the gin, syrup and lemon juice to a shaker and shake with ice for 10 to 15 seconds.
In a double rocks glass, add the blueberries and, using a pestle, crush them until you get a puree.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail over it.
Float the grenadine.
Garnish with a lychee filled with a blueberry to create a spooky eye shape. Dip it in grenadine for a gory effect, and skewer it on an upturned cocktail umbrella to match the cocktail's theme and name.
