0.75 oz or 22.5 ml of Orange Liqueur
0.75 oz or 22.5 ml fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz or 7.5 ml of Simple Syrup – Cane Sugar
1 egg white (or 0.75 oz of aquafaba for the vegan option)

Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba).
Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Strain the cocktail into a shaker cup.
Squeeze a lemon zest over the top of the cocktail to add a touch of freshness.
Serve immediately.
