Dry Gin

This artisanal gin, made from carefully selected botanicals, brings out the sought-after character of a London dry gin. Authentic and refined, it derives its complexity from a masterful blend of flavors combining traditional aromatics such as juniper berries, coriander seed, bitter orange peel, and angelica root, with the scents of Quebec’s wild regions. The white birch shoot lends a light menthol note; the pine nut, its roundness; the wild raspberry leaf, a hint of bitterness; and the Labrador tea, its woody aspect. This bold fusion, with its smoothness and delicacy, enhances the finish, making Dry Gin Cherry River a perfect expression of a product shaped by nature.

A different gin, and that's a good thing. I fell in love with the spruce flavor that sets it apart from other Quebec gins. One could even say it smells like the forest!

A hint of conifers that is enhanced by the tonic. It will have a permanent spot in my bar!

Excellent, with a forest-like character!
I highly recommend it! I’m not a fan of gins with cucumber flavors... this one has a unique taste. It’s a bit sweet, just perfect with tonic and a lime.

One of my favorite gins!
