1 egg white or emulsifier
2 oz of Cherry Vodka
¾ oz of Simple Syrup – Cane Sugar
1 oz of lemon juice
2 oz of Pinot Noir red wine
A few dashes of Bitters – Cherry

In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except for the wine.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into the pre-chilled glass.
Slowly add the red wine using your bar spoon.
