60 ml (2 oz) of Dry Gin
2 dashes of Bitters – Lemon
7.5 ml (0.25 oz) of Syrup – Lychee & Grapefruit
15 ml (0.5 oz) Blank Kayak Vermouth
A pinch of pepper

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for about twenty seconds and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
