30° under the sun
Note new tiki hut syrup is essential to give an exotic twist to your cocktails. The 30° under the sun is a good way to dive into your creation of sunny drinks!
Glass:
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz of Cherry River lime and ginger gin
- 4 oz mango nectar
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz of Cherry River Tiki Hut Syrup
- Top up with 2 oz of sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except sparkling water;
- Shake vigorously;
- Pour into an old fashioned glass (or tiki glass!) filled with ice. Then, dilute with sparkling water;
- Garnish with mango cubes and the mango peel.
