Return and refund

PLEASE REFER TO OUR WARRANTY POLICY TO ENSURE YOUR ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

Return or exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order, with proof of purchase. Unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are subject to delivery charges plus applicable taxes.

Exchanges and returns will only be made to the address where the products were originally delivered.

Refund

No refund or exchange will be granted on products in liquidation as well as products on final sale.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Refunds will be granted within 14 days of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice.

Procedure for a return or refund

Products will be inspected upon return and you will be held responsible for damages beyond those approved for an exchange or return. Certain conditions and exceptions may apply.

For purchases made online, please use our online form as soon as possible with a detailed description of the problem accompanied by a photo. We take care of the rest!
