Tequila Cherry River is produced from raw blue agave syrup from the Jalisco region of Mexico. This syrup taken from the sap of the heart of the plant is then fermented and then distilled in a copper still to refine its flavor. It reveals an aromatic character specific to Mexico with discreet notes of pepper, citrus fruits and herbs.
