Ingredients
60 ml (2 oz) of Cherry River Dry Gin
150 ml (5 oz.) tonic water
3 or 4 slices of English cucumber
1 slice of lime
Ice cubes
Prep time
In a glass highball filled with ice cubes, arrange the cucumber slices
Pour in the Cherry River Dry Gin
Add the soda tonic
Stir with a bartender's spoon
Decorate the glass with a lime slice and a cucumber slice
Serve and taste
