Jalisco Mules
There are many variations of this cocktail, but this one made with tequila is particularly delicious. The tangy edge of ginger beer goes great with the sophisticated herbal flavors of Cherry River tequila.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz of Cherry River silver tequila
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 drops of lemon bitters (optional)
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedge
Instructions:
- In a “mug” filled with ice cubes, pour the tequila, lime juice and drops of bitters.
- Lengthen with the ginger beer and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
- Decorate with a lime wedge.
