60 ml (2 oz) Cherry River Dry Gin
2 drops of Cherry River Lemon Bitter
7,5 ml (0,25 oz) Litchee & Grapefruit Sugar Syrop
15 ml (0,5 oz) Vermouth Blank Kayak
A pinch of pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir for about 20 seconds and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
