Rum Iced Coffee
About This Project
Just because it's cold doesn't mean it's only drunk in summer! Give a nice variation of the tropics with this iced coffee in which our spiced rum gives a nice dimension to this simple cocktail to make. It is enough to think in advance to put coffee in the cold.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 oz cold espresso
- 2 oz of Cherry River spiced rum
- 3 oz coffee cream
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
In a glass filled with ice, combine the espresso, rum and simple syrup. Then slowly pour the cream over the mixture.
- You can add a little whipped cream and a little ground cinnamon for a dessert version!
