Ingredients
45 ml (1 ½ oz) of Cherry River Dry Gin
30 ml (1 oz) simple syrup
Juice of a lime
7-8 mint leaves
soda or Hard Seltzer Cherry River Yuzu + Lime
Ice cubes
Prep time
Crush the mint leaves using a pestle in a glass
Add the ice cubes
Build in glass
Thin with club soda or hard seltzer
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a wedge of lime
