Blueberry and thyme sour

About This Project

Ingredients
60 ml (2 oz) of Cherry River Dry Gin
22,5 ml (¾ oz) lemon juice (about the juice of half a lemon)
22,5 ml (¾ oz) blueberry syrup
Egg white or emulsifier
2-3 drops ofCherry River Lemon Bitter
Ice cubes
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
A few blueberries

Prep time
Put the first 5 ingredients and a sprig of thyme in a shaker filled with ice cubes
Close the shaker and shake vigorously
Strain twice and pour into a wine glass
Garnish with a few blueberries and the second sprig of thyme
