Ingredients:

1 oz of Cherry River Dry Gins

1 oz of Miele Amaretto

½ oz simple syrup

¼ oz orange liqueur

The juice of half an orange

The juice of half a Clementine

A few drops of Orange Bitters

Instructions:

Start by rhyming the glass with Mexican spices. Then put all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake vigorously then pour into a chilled martini glass.

Drink. Celebrate. Start again.
