Strawberry on strawberry
With this cocktail, it's June all year round! Made with Quebec strawberries, the juiciest and tastiest there is, this Opemiska gin is a sure hit!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Gin Opémiska strawberry
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons strawberry jam
- Tonic or sparkling water to lengthen everything
Instructions:
- In a glass filled with ice, pour all the ingredients.
- Using a cocktail spoon, stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Garnish with a few strawberries. (Quebec's when it's the season!)
