The lounge chair
This recipe, very similar to the classic Gimlet with gin, is enhanced with a pinch of salt. In short, it's like drinking a Gimlet, but with the sea breeze in your face… sitting on a deck chair!

Ingredients:
- 1,5 oz of Strawberry Gin Opémiska
- 1/2 oz of Cherry River simple syrup
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a glass filled with ice, pour all the ingredients.
- Using a cocktail spoon, stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Garnish with a long apple peel.
