Here is another recipe from our Opémiska series with Quebec strawberries. We take a classic – the Gimlet – and add our own touch to it.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Strawberry Gin Opémiska
- ½ oz of Cherry River Strawberry & Basil Simple Syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a nice strawberry!
