The Eureka

About This Project

Here is another creation by Bryan Bellon, the master builder of the Maître Edgar pub. Meet the Eureka - Inspired by a poem of the same name by Edgar Allan Poe.

In a shaker, mix:

• 2 oz of Cherry River floral gin
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• 1/4 oz pink grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup

Shake vigorously. Serve in a glass and finish with a little tonic.

We taste and exclaim: “Eureka!”
