About This Project

Recently, we went to meet Bryan, the friendly owner of the Pub Master Edgar de l'Assomption in the Lanaudière region. He shared with us his new creation which is all the rage with his customers: Le Moldavia!

Mix in a shaker:

• 2oz basil berry gin
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup

Decorate with a slice of lime and enjoy!
