About This Project

Halloween weekend obliges, here is a cocktail that will give you shivers… of happiness!

Ingredients:

1 oz of Cherry River Dry Gin

1 oz of Vermouth Rouge (Quebecois)

1 oz of Apéritivo (Amermelade/Aperol)

¼ oz of orange and vanilla syrup

3-4 drops oforange bitters

Blood orange sparkling water

Prosecco

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients in the glass filled with ice except the Prosecco and the sparkling water.
2. Top off the cocktail with equal parts Prosecco and sparkling water.
3. Stir 10 to 20 seconds.

Good tasting and good Halloween evening!
