About This Project
60ml (2oz) Cherry River Dry Gin
2 drops of Cherry River Lemon Bitter
7,5ml (0,25oz) Lychee & Grapefruit Sugar Syrup
15 ml (0,5 oz) Blank Kayak Vermouth
A pinch of pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir for about 20 seconds and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
