Ingredients
6 cherries (fresh or thawed)
30ml (1oz.) Cherry River Dry Gin
22.5 ml (3/4 oz.) lime juice
15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
3 drops of Cherry River Cherry Bitter
30 ml (1 oz.) Amer Amer bitter liqueur
ice cubes
cherries for garnish
Preparation
Put 6 cherries in a shaker
Add the simple syrup and lime juice
Using a pestle, crush the whole thing into a fairly smooth mash
Add Cherry RiverDry Gin, the bitter liqueur and Cherry River Cherry Bitter
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, close it, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes and pour in the mixture
Garnished with cherries and enjoy

20 ml (0,75 oz) lime juice
15 ml (0,5 oz) simple syrup
3 drops ofCherry River Bitter
30 ml (1 oz) bitter bitter
Ice
Cherries for garnish
Prep time
Put the cherries in an “Old Fashioned” style glass
Add simple syrup and lime
Using a pestle, crush everything to make a more or less smooth puree
Add Gin, Bitter Amer and Cherry River Bitter
Fill with ice and stir vigorously 10-15 seconds
Pour the mixture into the glass filled with ice
Garnish with cherries
