Ingredients
The juice of a lime
30 ml (2 oz) of Cherry River Wild Cherry Vodka
Ice
Ginger Beer
Lime and mint
Prep time
Squeeze the juice from a lime into a mug Mule or in a short glass
Add vodka
Fill the mule with ice cream
Stir gently 10-15 seconds
Fill with ginger beer
Garnish with lime and fresh mint
