Ingredients
45 ml (1 ½ oz.) Cherry River Dry Gin
30 ml (1 oz.) simple syrup
Juice of a lime
7-8 mint leaves
Soda or Cherry River Yuzu + Lime Hard Seltzer
Ice cubes
Preparation
In a glass, crush the mint leaves with a pestle
Add ice cubes
Build in glass
Top with soda or Hard Seltzer
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime
